Circuit Experience – High Speed Ring
For this circuit guide, we are back at the High Speed Ring for a one-lap attack in the Pagani Zonda R. The Gold time to beat is 1:04.300, which we found easy enough to achieve, and you will too if you follow this guide closely!
Turn One
Turn One Entry – Circuit Experience High Speed Ring
As you approach turn one, position the car on the right-handneed side of the track. The High Speed Ring is named so for a reason and has good banking throughout which you need to take advantage of to keep corner speed high. Position the right wheels of the car on the green paint, taking a wide line into the corner and gradually coming down to the inside right at the end of the corner (see mini-map in the corner of the image below).
As you exit the corner, use the full width of the circuit, letting the car naturally move over to the right side of the circuit, being careful not to run onto the grass towards turn two.

Turn Two
You should be doing around 203 mph on the approach to turn two. Keep the car on the right hand of the circuit, as close to the grass as possible. Right as the grass switches to green paint (under the 100m board), start braking and position the car on the green area, straddling the white line. Reduce speed under braking to around 120-123mph, and in 4th gear try to keep the car over the white line, maintaining the wide line through the corner to help get the power down and accelerate early. Just as you are around halfway through the corner, get back on the power and let the car come over completely onto the green paint on the exit.

Turns Three & Four
After Turn Two, you’ll pass the white line marking the end of the first sector and come across the bridge. Gradually bring the car over to the left side of the circuit, using all of the space available. As Turn Three and Turn Four are so close together, it’s essential to use Turn Three to make sure you get the best possible entry into Turn Four, prioritising this over the Turn Three exit. Just before the green surface (see image), start braking, shifting down into second gear.
Turn Three Entry – Circuit Experience High Speed Ring
As you come around Turn Three, follow the dark area of the circuit, bringing the car towards the inside line. You should exit Turn Three fairly close to the white line on the right side of the circuit.

Accelerate as much as you can while the car is straight, and keep on the gas as you go round the corner. Be gentle with throttle application, aiming for around 50% throttle round the corner to ensure best traction and exit speed. Follow the dark area of the track in 3rd gear, getting on the throttle on the exit and using the full width of the circuit into the tunnel.
Turns Five and Six
As you exit the tunnel and cross the line marking the end of sector two, you want to enter the gentle curve of Turn Five around a cars width away from the right side white line. Stay flat on the throttle through the turn, as your speed climbs above 150mph. To get the best possible line into the final corner, Turn Six, climb the inside kerb on the right side of the circuit.
Turn Five – Circuit Experience High Speed Ring
As you come out of Turn Five, you’ll see the kerb end and the green surface start on the right side of the track. Come off the kerb and position the car just inside the white line, and lift off the power momentarily while starting your turn in. Position the car high up on the banking, and use this to your advantage to put the power down and stay flat through the rest of the corner and across the line!
